Born in Slavery - Part of the American Memory Project this resource is a digitized version of the Slave Narratives, Federal Works Project, 1936-1938.  Also includes over 200 photographs from the Library of Congress Prints and Photograph Division.

African American Odyssey  - An exhibit mounted by the Library of Congress containing a special collection of primary documents and images from the  eighteenth century through the Civil Rights period.
